Should I use a Custom Function?
I seem to be stuck on how to accomplish the following. When I add a new lead and the Lead Source is "X", I want to have that lead assigned to a certain Zoho CRM Campaign. Once I save the Lead I know I can scroll down to the related records and add the Lead to the correct Campaign and maybe this is the easiest and most efficient way? Is it possible to add a Lead to a Campaign? And assuming yes, is this only possible using Custom Functions? Thanks!

Send form from Contact in CRM
I want to be able to click on a contact then "Send form" from within the contact to gather further details about the contact and to send other forms so they can upload files which then attach to their contact for review by staff. Show autonumber field in calendar entry for event
Hi all, I am new to Zoho but have been working hard to build a system that we can use. I have set up an autonumber field in the New Event form which is a unique job number. The idea is for this job number to appear in the calendar entry so when we perform the job and fill in a Zoho Form we have easy access to the number. At the moment the only way I can get this to work is if a new event is created, the user then goes into that event, copies the autonumber and pastes it into the description of the

Mobile App: Insufficient Privileges to change Lookup Field Value in Blueprint Transition

Can you recommend an option in Zoho CRM for tracking Webinar Attendance
We invite contacts to webinars which are head 3x a week. We get a report of the people that attended. I would like to search for the people that attended so I can call them after the event. We use a 3rd party application called clickfunnels which sends emails to invite our contacts, and we use webinar jam to host and record the webinar. Map Fields from a custom module into a new Deal
Hi There! I want to map the details of a vessel into the deal field when a new deal is created. I have created a vessel module that contains all of the relevant details that will have be entered into the deal. I would like all of the additional details to auto-populate once I enter an IMO Number into the Deal (the individual number given to each vessel.) The IMO Number is also in the vessel module details. I know I need to use a custom function for this - unless anyone has any other suggestions?

Does wfTrigger still not work on updateRecords method?
Pretty simple question, but I'm having issues getting the wfTrigger parameter to work when updating multiple records at a time. If you send a single record, they will execute, but any more than a single record will prevent the workflow to execute.
Opt out emails
I just want to ask, what if I delete/move all the opt-out emails to recycle bin. will there be any restriction happen? Because I might be blocked or anything by the Zoho support if I'll do it. I have plenty of Emails opt out and I want to move them out on my crm.

Updating fields on leads/contacts via API v2 no longer triggers workflows
We recently switched to using API v2 for our integration. We update certain fields on users to be able to trigger workflows, however this no longer works. The fields are being updated correctly on the contact or lead, but no workflow is triggered. When I manually update the field the workflow triggers correctly. We need to get this back up and running as soon as possible. Anyone any advice regarding this issue?

I can't seem to figure out how to create a new button that will perform a field update. I set up the field update in the Actions settings but when I go to create a new button the field updates don't show up. I'm trying to create a button on each record in list view that would update the status of that Lead.

We often have experts and managers attend meetings with sales representatives. Why can you not add another CRM user to your event without inviting them as a guest? If you could add them as a user, not a guest, then it would appear in their CRM calendar.
Business Card Not Attaching to CRM
I've been using zoho crm and the zoho business card scanner for about two years. In the last few months when I scan a business card, the information is stored but the business card is not attaching. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the card scanner app and no success. Logging in and out doesn't help either. Zoho support hasn't been able to figure it out. Anyone else have this problem?

More recently, however, this method does not return all of our records. Interestingly, however, ZOHO also returns data that should not be returned. Can it be verified? ZOHO CRM API V2 Issue - Urgent Help Needed !
Hello All We are facing an issue using the API Version 2 Auth Token. We have developed the code to integrate ZOHO CRM with third party system to get the data uploaded in ZOHO Module daily. However , the Auth Token is only valid for 30 min and then expires. This is the issue we are facing since past 2 weeks and have got no solution.
