moving folders/files, creating new documents in workspaces, and document ownership/links
Hi again! I got pretty quick help on my last question, hoping to get some more answers on using Zoho docs. First, in the tutorial videos, it looks like you can drag and drop files/folders? into other folder structures. I've tried this on my PC with Chrome, and my boss has tried on his Mac in both Safari and Mozilla. We both are unable to move things in this way, when we try it, everything on the web page gets highlighted and nothing turns green when we hover over it. Second, it looks like new documents

I am getting an error saying that the server has encountered a problem. It later says that there is a failure in collaberation mode This is happenning on two spreadsheets in a workbook of 6 spreadsheets 4 of them work OK so I suspect it is a problem with the spreadsheet raather than the server? Help!
Error in search of documents
Hello! Again I am having trouble with file sharing. Some users of my system Zoho Docs not locate some documents when conducting the search (please do not talk to me about how to search for it was made in several ways without success) since other users can view the documents with the same parameter for the search. Cannot create multiple workspaces?

However, this is rather sensitive data and I do not want them to copy the spreadsheet and paste it into their own spreadsheets. Link Zoho CRM and Zoho Docs on mobile devices
you can link documents from Zoho Docs to Zoho CRM in a web browser. Why can we not do the same on a mobile device (IE Apple ipad). Even if you were able to click on the link in CRM and it would take you directly to the document in Zoho Docs.

Hi, I am just testing Zoho doc for my company (doc storage and sharing) I have up loaded one doc (word) with a header designed as a 3 columns and 2 lines minispreadsheet; the foot notes includes our logo When I open this doc within Zoho the layout of both Header and footnotes have disappeared as well as the logo Any solution or suggestions ? Unable to print from PDF in IE9
I need to have IE9 on Windows 2008 R2 be able to print from Writer. Currently, when I try to print using PDF, the balloon pops up saying "Generating PDF for print..." and never goes away. If I try Firefox on the same computer, it works fine. I have added *.zoho.com and *.zohodocs.com to my Trusted Sites list, and set security level for Trusted all the way down to low. The server is pretty plain, basically just Acrobat Reader 11 installed on it. I am attempting this using the 32 bit version
Adding a text style
Hello everyone, I would like to know if it was possible to add a text style, just like "normal" or "title 1", for example one named "important" which would be bold and red, another one named "quote" in grey and italic. I would like to have them in all of my documents. Is it possible ?

Folders disappear when being moved
Hi, By using "drag and drop" i moved a folder from one workspace to another. These two workspaces had different owners. The drag and drop operation worked out fine and i was able to do so. But after reloading the page, it turns out that the folder actually has disappeared completely. The files i can still find by searching, but the folder is gone. I then again tested with an empty folder. Same result. Drag and drop operation works, but in reality the folder is disappearing... This is a serious issue
Display folders in the main search
Hi, Would it be possible in one of your future updates to include folders in the main search results. I have a folder for each client and it would be nice to search for the clients name and have the folder appear in the search results. Would be quicker than browsing through the tree of folders. Will Zoho Writer Ever Be Used Offline Too?
Hi! I'm often nervous about using Zolo Writer and my internet dropping out and severing the session and losing your work or being denied it during long internet/power outages. I heard that it's possible for a company like Zoho to enable using Zoho Writer offline as well, which would alleviate that cut-off worry. Is Zoho working on anything like this? hi I'm trying to use image on zoho spreadsheet by using URL option. I paste correct URL , but it comes up with message "Invalid image location". Same URL works fine on Google Spreadsheets. Is this option not functional yet?

For some reason I can't drag and drop files from my personal folder (zoho docs) into a workspace. When I click add a file, it goes to my desktop file directory on my PC vs. allowing me to select folders and files already in zoho. Is there a way around this? Thanks.

Group documents - missing in group view?
Hi guys, Playing around with VO, I noticed that if I create a group, add members to it, then upload some documents to the group shared folder, they show up in the Document list (by clicking the "Documents" link on the group toolbar across the top of the page). But, if I click on the Group name to get the group 'dashboard' view (showing the unread discussions, tasks, documents, events, etc. all on one screen) the shared documents are not there. Shouldn't any group documents show up in this view??
How can I open a doc read-only if granted read/write authority?

Sharing templates
Hi, I'm a high school teacher and I'm considering using Zoho as online platform for my students to save work. I am trying to figure out a way to directly share templates with students in a group, so they can have organizers and guided notes to use. However, I want students to be able to edit their own version of the document. I don't want to share documents with editing rights and ask students save a copy for themselves, as I'm sure I'll run into problems with students editing the original copy
VBA Retrieve Username
Would like to setup some VBA code that utilizes the name of the individual that's doing the action. In Excel I could use Environ("Username") to return the name of the individual logged in on the computer, is there similar way in Zoho Sheets to access the name of the individual logged in to Zoho?
