Unable to prefill CRM fields via CRM email templates/mail merge
Hi, I have a number of customer contacts I need to make to ask them to update their contact details & confirm some booking details. The easiest way to do this is to prefill a form, so they can correct only the contact details that have changed and pick dates for events (etc).
