hi all i am all new to the websites designing. i have created a form to make directory of users in which their details like name phone no. e-ids etc.. now when someone fills the form i get it on the form.. Now the same form i want to show on web page so anyone can see the directory,, can put filters on data also...pls guide me how i can float the same data on the webpage regards, Ajay

Using Zoho Sheet data on Zoho Form
I have a Zoho Sheet set up in Zoho Docs. I would like to create a form that displays data from this spreadsheet. The form will ultimately be a customer quotation and it will have both fields to be filled in as well as information pulled from the spreadsheet. Is this possible, or am I better off using Zoho Creator? The spreadsheet in question was imported from Excel and has a bunch of formulas that cannot be compromised. Thank you.

We have a number of employees in our company that have individual trial version of Forms and so by default they are the Super Admin of their own organization. We now want to bring these users into our company licensed version and make them users or admins. How do they disconnect from their trial versions and join the main company organization? On a related note, can they move forms created in their version to the company organization? Thanks.
Zoho Forms and CRM
Trying to understand how best integrate Zoho forms with the CRM. We want a system where our users input information on a specific Zoho form that is then associated with a CRM Account. So that information is consistent. I wonder if there is a way to link a form to a specific account so that the Form information is displayed or visible on the specfic CRM accounty entry. Basically, we want one location where our users can share and access information specific to one Account. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, I created contact form on my website, but recently I discovered that visitors can't see my form in any brower! I double checked everything, created few test forms, but visitors still can't see any forms I created. "Debug access" is enabled if support team need to check! Thanks in advance for your help.
Database Creation
We need to be able to upload a long list of products which a "host" selects three products from, using either a drop down or checklist. Is this possible? How can we then enable a third party (i.e. host) gain access to this information? Can we create a password protected area for them too see this information?
Custom URL Redirection
When using a custom URL for redirection to a thank you page, Zoho Forms in not fully redirecting but only embedding the redirection into the same frame as the form was located. This is not correct redirection. It should completely redirect to the new page. Any thoughts?

Now when I have entered all data into my form and when I press the URL link, the form disappears and my linked page shows up in that tab. I want it to show up in a new tab. Zoho Forms with file attachments and Google Integration
Scenario: Using Zoho Forms with multiple file attachments and with Google Docs integration enabled. Question: How/where are the attached files stored on the Google side upon form submission? I SWEAR when I was testing earlier, I got a URL link embedded in the target Google Spreadsheet to the attachment. How is ZOHO form different from the forms in Zoho CRM?
I have Zoho CRM+ and have been creating forms to embed in my websites but would like the capability of using a form at a trade show like icontact does, i.e., I can collect a new prospect on or offline and upload later plus I can use a QR or text to join feature. Will zoho forms accomplish this and will it integrate with ZOHO crm and Zoho campaigns automatically?
PDF exported impossible to read
Hi, I'm using Zoho Forms to share a form which has now tens of entries. The size of the PDF file exported from the entries is about 80 Mo. The download works well, but impossible to open the PDF file after that (certainly corrupt). I've tried several times but still the same problem. Is there a way to fix it? Hey, In my line of business I often need to have costumers sign forms. However, we are usually filling out the forms for them and fax them for signing. Is there an option to pre-fill a form specifically for a particular client (even manually) and send him a link to that form with only the signature field open, so the client can view it and electronically sign it before submitting? Integration of Webpage
I have integrated a form in which a new customer can register him/herself for a newsletter on my page. It has worked fine. But since Saturday, the details won't get into Zoho. The page works alright and the customers are lead to a landing page which confirms the registration. But the data does not come in.

User Updated Submissions for Zoho Forms
Hello All, New to Zoho so I was wondering if someone could help me out here. Our company currently uses JotForm for all form collections. The biggest reason for doing so is that JotForm allows for the user who submits the data to edit that data regularly via an edit link that gets auto generated and Emailed to them after they submit responses in a form. Hi all, I noticed that, some users to which I have shared my form, are creating new entries (records) in the table; each time they visit the form; where in fact their aim is only to edit their previously entered own record. It is a simple "event registry" form, to which a person first says "No, I am not able to come" and, sometime later he wants to say that "Yes, I will come". Login to Zoho Forms iOS App with Google Apps account
I login to my Zoho CRM (web and mobile) with my Google Apps account. I am trying out Zoho Forms now. I was able to get into it on the web with my Google Apps account, but when I downloaded the iOS app I don't see an option to login with a Google Apps account. Can anyone help? I tried using my email and password for Google Apps and that didn't work.
Organization name won't update in URL
I had update the Organization name in the business portal for example to "yyy" When i login to Zoho form (https://forms.zoho.com), the URL will display https://forms.zoho.com/xxx/home#myforms which still show the old name, when i manually change the xxx to yyy, it came back as Sorry, yyy doesn't exist. https://forms.zoho.com/showinfo?key=noaccount&portalname=yyy#myforms But all my other zoho app does show my new name instead of the old one. Sending email upon form submission
I have changed the superuser email address to a new one. The new one shows up in my profile. However, in the Forms section, when I try to use the new email address for notifications of a form submission, the old one is the only one that shows up in the list. I cleared my cache, but it appears the old email address is stored on your server, and didn't update when I changed the superuser email address.
