Bulk APIs - Page 2 result says more_records: 'true' when I have only less than 2,10,000 records
We are using bulk apis to get data from Zoho Recruit. We have recently crossed 200,000 records and hence bulk read API needs to be added for page: 2 post page: 1 results according to below documentation. https://www.zoho.com/recruit/developer-guide/apiv2/bulk-read/job-details.html

Execute Submit-to-Client without sending the resume?
Several of our recruiters send resumes using their corp. email account, rather than the submit-to-client function in the system. The result is that their past actions will not be reflected in Zoho reporting and in their evaluations. We need a mechanism to record a submission, after it has been submitted using other means.
