Candidate Tag Lists -- is there a way to make them work like they did in the old version of Recruit?
Tag Lists--I used to work in the old Zoho Recruit and it had tag lists on the sidebar. They were much easier than the new version of Recruit. Is there any way to access Tag lists in a manner similar to the old version where the list will populate the candidate view? I use tags on a daily basis and miss the ease of the old setup. Please advise.
Customization Issues
I'm getting frustrated that the section for "State" under customization-->fields is not able to be edited. This really should be a drop-down option for states in the United States. I find it hard to believe that I would be your only US customer who would want or use this... Right now candidates are able to pick how they want to format the state: some use the 2 letter abbreviation while others write out the name. It's leading to sorting issues and it doesn't look clean.

E-mail verification does not work, cannot send e-mails
Hi I cannot send e-mails through the system, always get the error "verify the reply to adress" but it is veryfied (it's even the main login e-mail of the account!) and I also have deleted and recreated it confirming the address again since I read this in a support doc. But nothing hepls. The address is jobs@kramergastronomie.ch, please set this address in your backend to be veryfied for all sendings, thanks! Again this is a bug in Zoho and I have lots of problems with the customer because I recommended
Zoho fails to connect to Indeed JobBoard
When I submit the form to connect to Indeed, the page is stuck. Nothing happens and no connection is made. The app is basically stuck on the screenshot below
Integrating with FormSite
We are trying to integrate Zoho Recruit with FormSite. Has anyone had success with this? It seems simple enough on the surface but we are having a tough time with it as they don't seem to want to play nice. Any feedback would be appreciated.
Make attachment download a customization option

Web Form submission message freezes on Zoho Recruit
Web Form submission message freezes. After information submission through the Candidate Registration webform the form freezes with Submission Message and a gray background. Clicking OK button does not close the submission message or the page does not go to the landing page. Workflow: changes of candidates status with a rule criteria based on jobs
Hello I can't manage to create a specific rule: I want to create an automatic rejection rejection mail based on a change of status of my candidates. Some clients of mine gave me a corporate email address from their company. I need to send my rejection mail with this email address. New user scenario for workflows -- help prevent duplicate candidate submissions & better screen
There is a big push today to reduce duplicate submissions of candidates to clients. The user scenario is that it is common for clients to send me lists of candidates that have already been submitted. Massive bug with mass candidates status update
I go to a job opening and click on a detail view of candidates. Then I filter the view to see only candidates under a specific status. Then I click on the tick box to select all these candidates and update their status. Well, then Zoho changes the status not only for these filtered candidates but FOR ALL candidates associated to the job. Guess who just wanted to reject 5 candidates and then finally rejected 290 candidates by mistake???? Not funny guys !
Territory drop-down missing on candidate page
Why is it that the jobs page has a territory drop-down, but the candidates page does not? After reading the documentation, it makes it clear that the purpose of this feature is to segment candidates across recruiting teams. That being the case, how does one separate/filter say their Health Care candidates from their IT candidates for example, if there is no drop-down combo box for territory as on the jobs page?
Call Candidate Application Form with parameter that links it to a specific job opening
Hi We are getting open job positions via API to our website. Now we would like to link each position to the Zoho Candidate Application Form, so that when a candidate submits the form the application is linked to the job position. I do not find any documentation for this, also the question has been asked in the forums before, but not answered by Zoho. I need a link that will show the candidate application form, but with a parameter that passes the Job Opening ID to the form - when the form gets submitted
Workflow: Set an action for changes of candidates status + rule criteria based on jobs
I want to set up automatic rejection emails. As some of my clients want me to work with their corporate email, I need to send these mails from different email address. It is impossible to do now. I can't create an action based on a change of candidate status + a rule criteria based on jobs. Please create that option :-)
Interview confirmation emails
I am a freelance recruiter working for several clients. Some of my clients gave me an email address from their company. The custom "from" is very useful for me. In the older version of Zoho, I was able to chose from which email address I was sending my interview confirmations, which was very convenient for me. Now, I can't do it anymore. Gmail - how add candidates
Hi - I was using outlook with the Zoho Recruit add-on to add candidates to jobs and create client contacts. I have since moved across to Google Apps (gmail etc) and can't figure out how to add/associate candidate applications to jobs in Recruit like I could with outlook. Any advice?
Incoming emails
When I send emails from Zoho Recruit they are recorded against the candidate or client contact record. Replies are received and show up in my email but do not seem to be recorded within Zoho Recruit. Please tell me how I can have incoming emails save to candidate/contacts.

When I got error sign with appology and recommendation to report or try again later I filled in the form and tried to submit. It showed me "unable to process" report. Please, please fix the error of error reporting form, you poor lame bastards. It is the most frequently used function in Recruit by far. :-D
Job Openings - cant open it.
Hello, when I click on "Job openings" tab betwen Home and Candidates tab, it show me error and recommendation like to try again later. This lasts for week. This is reccurring error, my colleaques have the same issue.

Interview confirmation email
I have a work rule set up to send an email to candidates and contact with interview details. According to my candidates/contacts, they are receiving to emails. However, my "sent" folder does not show that the emails have been generated nor is there a record of that the email has been sent on the candidate or contact record. Previous to yesterday, these emails were logged.
