Greetings, When sending out invites I noticed there is a preview link, if this link falls into the wrong hands what is stopping the public from viewing my private spreadsheets? Is there an option to not send or disable this link? "The document shared for collaboration can be viewed at : http://sheet.zoho.com/GuestView.do?<insert jibberish here>"
Can't copy sheet...
Hi, For some reason, I cannot copy a sheet within a spreadsheet imported from excel. I've done this before with a previous version of this same document successfully. Are there security measures that I'm not aware of? Thanks, Sean

Hi, when creating a new sheet in a spreadsheet, I can't work out how to name it. When I click on the 'sheet 1' tab down the bottom and write it writes in cell A1 rather than as the sheet name. Any clues anyone?

Remote Api - (400) Bad Request
Hi Guys, First of all ... Wow! love the zoho's work (editors, viewers, api's). I really need you guys' expertise on this subject. I have sent my three .htm sample files to support@zohosheet.com. They are used to open remote docs and save them to a remote server. I am able to view and save a Writer document with no problem, but with the Sheet I get (400) Bad Request, and Show i get a 500 Internal Server Error msg's. Will you please have a look at the html I sent and inform me of what im doing wrong.
Large Numbers Broken

Crooked Rows in Firefox 3.5
Hello. I love Zoho, but today after switching browsers I've encountered a problem when viewing the zoho sheet files from Firefox 3.5. The rows are mismatched with the numeral indicators on the left. I've tried different views on firefox and still, the same result. This does not occur in Internet Explorer. Any thoughts?

Add operations with time
Hello; Is it possible to add some feature to allow adding time type values up to a total value instead of counting from zero when 24h are passed? Like 10:00 + 10:00 + 10:00 = 30:00 and not 06:00 ? This would be the same as excel's time format "37:30:55" or "[h]:mm:ss. If this operation is already possible, please tell me how. Many thanks!
unable to charge all sheets of xls file

Embedded view won't display in Internet Explorer 6
I'm using the iframe embed in a Wordpress website and for some reason the spreadsheet has stopped displaying in Internet Explorer 6. The sheet displays fine in Firefox and IE 8, but many of the users accessing this site are using school district computers and can't update to a newer version of IE. Any idea why this might be happening? Let me know if you need any more information. -Adam

I think it were quite useful, if one could "paste special" or simply "paste as text", in order to get rid of formulas, but keeping the values (e.g. for an id column).

Hi, I am trying to upload a file (.xls) its working fine using uploadbook api. the only problem is i am not able to see images embeded in the file when i am uploading using api. although when i use your Import functionality from interface it is working fine. so i thought of using import.do api. but this is opening up an interface after uploading the file. i just wanted to import a file from a url and then returning me back the response of the workbookid created... how do i do that...

Randomly losing data in cells
Every time I edit a sheet, some of the data from my latest changes disappears. I originally uploaded a multi-sheet Excel spreadsheet which included spanned cells and borders. The first image shows what it looked like after I saved the spreadsheet. Hello, I am trying to share a document to a preregistered group in my organization. When I click on share, then Add Groups , the list of the groups of the organization does not appear and I cannot share the document with the groups.
Date auto-formatting
Tried adding a value in a cell as 9 - 10 to track the time 9 to 10, the value changed as 09/10/09 . Works the same as in Excel. So, tried adding 9 - 9.30, the value changed as 09/09/30. Excel maintains it as 9 - 9.30 only. Finally, I added it as 9 - 9:30 and it worked.

When I try to use winzip to bring in an 8 mb file...I get an error message that states that winaipwinzip files are not supported. What should I use to zip my local file so that I can export it to sheets?

Display of zero value fields.
It would be good if cells that return a zero value displayed with nothing in them as they do in Excel when the "show zeros" is unchecked in the options menu. I have tried IF(****,***,"") but 0:00 is still returned in a time formatted field.
Zoho sheet deletes Custom Views and set Rows to 0 height when using Excel add-in
If I upload an Excel workbook to Zoho that has Custom Views, it deleted the Custom views. If I upload an Excel workbook to Zoho and change any data in a cell, the Row the cell is edited in is set to 0 height when downloaded back to my computer. See attached .doc file with jpg's of the results. If you need the before and after Excel files I can email them to you.

I'm currently evaluating Zoho for a client, they are currently using Google Docs with an emphasis on the Spreadsheet. With Google Docs Speadsheet you have the ability to build a form that can be placed on the internet, which any person can fill in and when the form is submitted it adds the data to a spreadsheet (this is an example of the form - http://spreadsheets.google.com/viewform?formkey=cnF3MXl5VHVUaEZCNEVrc2dzUTR5bWc6MA ) I need to find something that does something similar with Zoho.

Hi, I believe the following could be a great idea: Imagine a bank showing their interest rates and an example calculation of what one would have to pay given some parameters. It would be so much better for the bank to use Zoho to present this calculation so the users could modify the sheet in any way they wanted. This would enable users to try different scenarios that might be more complicated than the basic calculation. There are two features that are needed in order to make this easy for the websites:
