Sharing permissions changed when someone new joins group and clicks url in email
In reviewing the items in the forum, this was supposedly fixed. As I add new people to the group and they click the email url to access the sheet, the share permissions get changed for many sheets. Had just checked them all when someone was added to the group and complained that they could see other peoples sheets. I have corrected this many times now. Can you tell me it will be fixed. Is there some way to keep the share email from being generated till you fix this problem?
Uploaded sheet loses buttons on download
When I upload a workbook with the Excel plugin and then let the users edit it, when I download it again the button loses it macro link.

Copy of workbook does not copy share permissions
When I copy a workbook, it does not copy the share permissions. I would assume they are kept as part of the document and would be copied. Where are the permissions kept? How can I view permission assigned to each sheet without clicking on each drop down to view them? It takes forever to make sure what is assigned. It is also very slow to assign share permissions.
Export PDF for printing
Printing from the print icon is pretty limiting. The Export PDF option is formatted correctly and includes the highlighting and colors I originally set in Excel. When I export though, I am not able to find a way to export a single sheet to PDF. In addition when I share the sheet, the person I share it with does not see the export icon. Printing with PDF is a greatly improved priting option for Zoho. Any awy to make these changes so that anyone can export a single sheet to PDF?

problem with the graph changes in Zoho sheet
The graphs in Zoho sheet used to automatically scale to fit the range of the data being graphed. Now they scale to fit the range of zero to the maximum being graphed. It's hard for me to explain, so I am posting the before and after examples. This is the old version. This is the new version Can we change it back to the original way? Or can we at least have control over the range so we can change it back to the original way ourselves? Why was it changed?
Local Copy Updating
Having set up my spreadsheet on an external hard disk, I can then get it onto Zoho using Import. I then edit on the site and want to get that back to my PC. I can do that via Export. The problem comes in when I want to edit locally again. The file saved via Export is on my external hard disk but when I imported it seems a copy got made in my user profile and it is that file I have to use if I want to edit again locally and save to Zoho. However I may not have access to that PC at that point so

Problems transferring large files via Zoho Excel plug-in
I have just started using Zoho. It looks like a great service. However I have been unable to transfer my large desktop Excel workbooks to Zoho even though I am logged in and using the Zoho plug-in. The transfer appears to work up to ~6MB but fails on 7MB. Ultimately I want to be able to transfer files in excess of 20MB. I am getting the following error: 'Unable to save. Encoding is not proper.' Has anyone seen this problem? Any recommended solutions?
Linking data across multiple open spreadsheets
Does anyone know how to reference data in another open spreadsheet in Zoho Sheet? I've tried using the same format as is used in Excel eg in a cell in Document2, ='[Document1]Sheet1'!a1. An update to cell A1 in Document1 would then be reflected in an open Document2. What path should I use to access Document1? Can Zoho do this?

Is it possible to integrate and/or interface Zoho Sheets with other desktop applications? Specifically we currently use Oracle EnterpriseOne (aka JD Edwards OneWorld) as our ERP application. One of the commonly used features is to download data from OneWorld to Excel via a DDE based interface. Is this possible with Zoho? What about data downloading through ODBC? I'm not sure if anyone else has noticed this, but if you try entering text into the text box at the top after double clicking an existing cell to edit it, the new text you enter also gets entered in reverse order from the end of the line. Hi, I am new to using Sheet. I did not find any way of auto-filling a series of cells. For example, I am trying to enter serial numbers in a row and I am not able to drag the cells so that they auto-fill with the series like in MS-Excel. Hello All, I have a created a time sheet on Google and been updating it for all of 2008. All of my time is logged in there perfectly no problem. However, I started a new file for 2009. Somehow all of my formulas don't work anymore. So I decided to try Zoho. I have a few questions. The times are coming out standard AM/PM not military time. I want military time. glitch when sharing
