Please give us the option to open documents with Microsoft Office instead.
When selecting a document, the open with button should have the option to select Microsoft Office products. If not available please remove the option to open with Zoho products as we end up creating multiple versions of the same file.
Move location of Desktop app to other HD
For some reason the Desktop version of WorkDrive installed on my (SSD) C-drive instead of on another larger HD on my computer. How can I move it to this other drive? P.S. Normally apps automatically install on my other drives as I have configured my PC this way.

Hi all, With Zohodocs, I used external link sharing to share my documents with my accountant. She was able to access the files and then move them to a subdirectory. It seems that we are no longer able to do it with Workdrive even if we use modify access rights. (tried in Chrome & Safari) thanks for you help.

Zoho Work Drive not syncing successfully
My team and I are currently in the process of moving over all files into the Zoho Work Drive. However, we are running into issues where the files do not sync properly. Large folders dont seem to be replicating correctly
I have just set our company up with Zoho wordrive to replace Google Drive which has been working flawlessly for over 10 years. I like the Zoho Ecosystem and thought since we needed more storage space, I would migrate us... That has turned into a taks that is causing me trouble and embarassment. External Workdrive users can't create folders
When I start a project, I create a folder in workdrive, and then share an external link with the client so he can upload files. I just noticed that my clients can't create folders, so the only way to upload files is all mixed up in the main folder. Is there a way to allow folder creation inside a shared folder? If not, could you add it?

"Restore form Trash" improvements needed
Dear Zoho Corp., there are some improvements that the "restore form Trash" absolutely needs: 1) it's is currently not possible to download a file or restore a file in another folder form the "restore from Trash", thus not allowing to download a copy (i.e. of an older file that was overwritten) without risking to overwritten new ones; 2) "restore from Trash" DOESN'T SHOW THE PATH IN WHICH THE FILE WAS and therefore with multiple files with the same name deleted in different folders it's not possible

Right Hand Side Scroll Bar (OSX, Chrome) is too narrow
Hi: It's very difficult to grab the right hand scroll bar in Work Drive. Also, across Zoho properties, I've noticed that the scroll bar in Work Drive is thinner than all of them. I recommend doubling the width for this instance. Thank you.

Why do organizers have access to the trash in WorkDrive? My technicians can't move a file or share a file unless I make them an organizer. But then, in theory, an upset employee, a compromised account, or a compromised PC could all completely wipe data. I hope I'm missing something, but I would definitely love to see more control over access levels.
Workdrive - Is there a way to export all the permalinks for use in zoho creator?
I am currently migrating data into Zoho workdrive - and most of the files are named as per the file names we require. What I need is when the files are uploaded, I need to "link" them to the corresponding records in my zoho creator APP. So they can be accessed via a URL link. Desktop Sync on Mac OS X not functional
I recently migrated our business from Dropbox to Zoho Workdrive. After all of the file copies were complete, I chose Selective sync and attempted to unsync a folder that I no longer needed on my desktop. I'm a new Zoho reseller and would like to get all my clients into the Zoho ecosystem. I see that Workdrive is similar to Dropbox and other services. There seems to be a minimum of 3 users before I can sell them a Workdrive account. Is there another way for individual business owners to get a WorkDrive account for themselves without needing to buy 3 licenses?

Allow us to set permissions by any folder, not just top level folders.
It becomes very difficult to manage what users should or shouldn't see in our folder structure without building out several more teams folders. We want to keep it easy for users to know where they need to go to find the right documents.

uploading a file from Android fails
When I try to share or upload a file from Android device (Note 9 android 8.1 and Galaxy Tab S4 android 8.1) it fails and shows a file uploading in the Android notification bar. It will stay there for days and never upload the file. However if i take a picture it uploads just fine.

Hey all, Could someone explain to me how to perform these function in WorkDrive? What I want to do is upload an excel template sheet into a work drive folder. I want to make it such that our users can access the template then save a filled out version and save it to a separate folder in Work Drive. Date & number settings?
My formatsettings are in computer, ZohoCrm etc in Dutch: Date is showed like: dd-mm-yy Numers like 1.234,56 When i open excelfile from ZohoWorkdrive extension in windows maps i see all date's and numbers like my settings. But, when i open a file from the webapplication WorkDrive or by Permalink i see other dateformats: 08-09-19 (dd-mm-yy) is viewed as 09/08/19 (mm-dd-yy) 1.136,35 is 1,136.35 Can i correct these settings? Shared excel file not to scroll at mobile device?
I created a .xlsx file and send the shared link. When i open this file on mobile, IOS or Android, i can't scroll in the excel file to view all, or jump to other cells, columns or line's.
