【開催報告】 名古屋ユーザー交流会 2024/6/7(金):宿泊施設におけるZoho CRM Plus 活用事例

こんにちは、コミュニティチームの鳥越です。6/7(金)に、名古屋ユーザー交流会を開催しました!
Zoho CRM とPOSシステムのSquare を連携したユーザー事例のセッションをはじめ、参加者同士でZoho の活用方法について共有するグループワークでは、「Zoho サービス同士の連携」をテーマにディスカッションを行いました。ご参加いただいた皆さま、ありがとうございました!

本投稿では、ユーザー事例の登壇資料および当日の様子をお届けします。参加が難しかった方も、ぜひご参考ください。

事例セッション:宿泊施設におけるZoho CRM Plus活用事例


静岡県川根本町に拠点をおき、宿泊施設の運営などの事業を行う株式会社KAWANE ホールディングス・興津さんが自社のZoho CRM Plus 活用について、お話しくださいました。
同社では、宿泊施設「おろくぼ」の予約フォームにZoho Survey を利用するほか、宿泊者や売上の管理、お土産品などの在庫管理をZoho CRM とPOS システムSquare と連携して管理されています。以下スライドの一部を抜粋して紹介します。

1. Zoho CRM で利用するタブの紹介


2. 宿泊者情報や決済情報をCRM とSquare 間で自動同期
関数やAPIを利用してCRM とSquareのデータを同期。宿泊予約の情報がCRM に登録されたらSquare にも顧客情報を自動で追加し、Square から支払いの決済が行われるとリアルタイムでCRM の商談データが作成される仕組みを構築しています。以前はインポートや手作業で行っていたものを、自動化しました。

3.お土産品やリネン類の在庫管理
Zoho CRM の標準機能で存在する在庫管理機能とSquare の連携で、お土産品やタオル・歯ブラシといったリネン類の在庫を管理しています。品数が減ってきたらアラートを出すなどして、欠品を防いでいます。


4.Zoho Survey の活用
宿泊予約フォームに利用するほか、宿泊満足度アンケートを作成し、QRコードを館内に設置。回答した人にはドリンクをサービスするといった回答を促す施策も行いながら、宿泊者からの声を集めています。
