´´Send Email Reply´´ action does not work when the message body contains placeholders.
Hi Community,
I am working on a workflow where the Customer contact is notified via email when their ticket status goes On Hold.
To do that, I chose the Send Email Reply action, and the minute I add a placeholder, the workflow does not work and the ticket´s history gives me a Failure message.
Given that status-based notifications are essential to automated workflows, this has been a real headache for me.
Any suggestions?
