4 steps to create personalized customer journeys



When was the last time you sat down to reflect on what forms of content or messages are being sent to different customers and leads of your brand? But, designing a customized engagement strategy for every customer or a lead is a huge task and demands more detailing if not just for time.

The best way to implement varied engagement strategies for your growing lead and customer base is by desiging personalized journeys. These journeys are a combination of multiple triggers, process elements, and end-of-flow actions, that'll clearly define the route every lead or customer would take in your nurturing.

Every journey can be created with messages that target different channels—email, social media, SMS, website, events, webinars, and so on.
