Ability to categorize items into Product Lines, with the product line controlling various settings

Currently all item settings (pricing, unit, sales account, etc) are at the item level. It would be useful to have a "Product Line" type feature that an item can be associated with, and at the product line level you set the sales account, if it's taxable, the pricing method markup, margin, etc.
