About maximum number of requests per minute

Hi,

Our company has integrated Zoho inventory and we're using the shipping order creation and update functions and so on. Currently we're receiving "For security reasons you have been blocked for some time as you have exceeded the maximum number of requests per minute." sometimes. I'd like to know the exact maximum limitation number of requests per minute and how long we will be blocked for this reason. I couldn't find it in the API documentation.
