Access of different roles?

Access of different roles?

We have a "Workspace" where the most of the users have been role "Collaborator" before without any problem to use Zoho Docs Application to sync and add documents. But now the users get "Access denied" so I have to add them as "Moderator" to have access to this.

Have something changed? Can I edit the role settings somewhere? and can I see the different access of the roles somewhere?
