Add client in zoho projects

Hi Zoho Team,
We would like to add client using api's in Zoho project Now we are not able to find the URL for adding the Client & request format . Please let me know how to add Client Using API. I am using below api format -

https://projectsapi.zoho.com/restapi/portal/CompanyName/?authtoken=TokenName
