Hi,

Sometimes I have rules setup for fields, and until I want to enable them for use, I can set the fields to Hidden but rules still show them, today you have to delete rules and then recreate them again, would be nice to have a toggle for Enabled/Disabled on the header of each rule by the Edit, Duplicate & Delete Icons.
