Add note to Contact when Stripe payment is processed.

Add note to Contact when Stripe payment is processed.

I am trying to configure Flow to add notes to contact files when a charge is processed in Stripe. (Amount, Date, Etc).

"Add Note" doesn't work as you have to choose a specific contact. I need this Flow to work with all contacts as we charge all of out contacts through Stripe. So the workflow should fetch the contact via the unique email address in Stripe/CRM and then make the note. 

Any ideas?
