Add Record with info from separate form

Add Record with info from separate form

Hello. I've looked through some of the documentation and other posts but need some help. Please see the info below and I've also created a 1 minute video of the process. Thanks for your help!


Form 1: Add_Property
subform within form 1: Programs
Form 2: Add_Job

When adding/editing Form 1, if we add a subform line item, we want to create and auto populate fields within Form 2.

ISSUES
I'm having a hard time figuring out how to autofill the Add_Job form's areas that are Lookup Fields...I want a lot of the information from Add_Property's record to autopopulate Add_Job's newly created record.
