I hope you're doing well.

We would like to request the ability to set the Candidate Portal to be Right-to-Left (RTL) and in Hebrew, similar to the existing functionality for the Career Site. Currently, when we set the Career Site language to Hebrew, it automatically adjusts to RTL layout, which works perfectly for our needs. However, the Candidate Portal does not support this behavior.

Use Case:
For organizations operating in RTL languages (such as Hebrew or Arabic), having all candidate-facing platforms in the correct text direction is essential for readability, user experience, and professionalism. Having the Career Site in RTL and in Hebrew but the Candidate Portal in LTR and in English creates inconsistency and can confuse candidates.

Suggested Enhancement:

• Add language-based text direction support (RTL/LTR) and language translation to Hebrew to the Candidate Portal.

• Consider extend the same functionality to all Zoho Recruit portals:

  • Custom Portal

  • Vendor Portal

• Apply the correct direction automatically based on the selected language (e.g., RTL for Hebrew/Arabic, LTR for English/French, etc.).

For our organization, the immediate need is Candidate Portal in RTL and Hebrew, but this improvement would benefit all global users and languages supported by Zoho Recruit.

We believe this feature will ensure consistent branding, accessibility, and a seamless candidate experience across all portals.
