Hi Zoho Learn Team,
Hope you're doing well.
We would like to request an important enhancement to Zoho Learn regarding support for right-to-left (RTL) languages such as Hebrew and Arabic.
While the Knowledge Base Article editor provides RTL/LTR direction toggles, this essential formatting option is missing in the Learning module, especially in the following areas:
Course and Lesson editors (e.g., text blocks in lessons)
Question Bank (e.g., Fill-in-the-Blank, Multiple Choice)
Quizzes and any other editable content fields
There is no way to switch text direction to RTL, even when inserting paragraphs or lists.
When mixing Hebrew (RTL) with English (LTR), the formatting becomes inconsistent and hard to read.
Users cannot align content properly, making training materials confusing and visually unprofessional.
Navigate to Zoho Learn > Create a Course > Add a Lesson
Insert a text block – observe that there is no RTL/LTR toggle
Similarly, go to Question Bank > Add a Question – again, no option to set text direction
Compare this with the Knowledge Base editor, where the RTL/LTR toggle functions correctly
A text direction toggle (RTL/LTR) should be available in all text-editing interfaces within Zoho Learn, including:
Lesson content
Quizzes
Question banks
Any other area where text input or formatting is required
This functionality is critical for users working in RTL languages to create accessible, well-structured, and readable training content.
Lack of RTL support in key areas:
Prevents proper use of Hebrew, Arabic, and other RTL languages
Hinders course development for RTL-speaking audiences
Reduces the usability and reach of Zoho Learn in multilingual environments
We kindly ask that you consider prioritizing this enhancement to provide a consistent and inclusive user experience across the platform.
Thank you for your continued support.
Best regards,
Ram
