Adding Comments Using Workflows - How to Change User Attributed

We have worklflows in Desk where a comment is added to a ticket based on certain criteria.

It seems that the comment added is always attributed to the user who last edited the workflow.

This does not make sense for us because:

- It's misleading to other users, who may assume the username on the comment has had personal dealings with the ticket.

- The user who edits the workflows is generally a system admin, who does not normally deal with tickets.

Is there a way to add comments that are not attributed to a particular user?

A workaround would be for us to create a dummy user, but of course this would mean paying for another licence fee, so it's not an option for us.

Example - Remove "John Doe" and replace with "Auto Comment" or similar:
