Adding function to subtract days from a date value in Zoho Tables

Is there a way using the formula option (or another way) to have a funtion that returns a date by subtracting the number of days from a specific date value.

We run events and our tasks are based on the event date and changes year to year. 
Can we have a column that has the event start date, a column that has the 'number of days before' and a column that returns the task date.

Example - Start date is September 14, 2024, Number of days before is 10, can we have a function that would populate the Task Date field as September 4, 2024
