Can anyone help me figure this out? In addition to creating a new module entry, my form also integrates with an additional module to add line item info.

So far, I have been able to add one line item into this via Zoho Forms to Zoho CRM integration, but cant figure out how to add multiple line items.

I thought perhaps creating a matrix, or sub form would help achieve this, but haven't been able to figure it out. Any assistance would be appreciated.
