adding notes at the same time as assigning the task

Hi,

Our company has just moved to Zoho projects, and one issue we have is that after entering a task title, there's not another field to add the description. I know you can add notes after the fact, but that doesn't get sent via email notification. It would be very helpful to have a description field in the task assignment.

additonally, what about the option of having hours as an option for the duration field in addition to days?
