Admin Control for Subscribing Users to Bots in Zoho Cliq
Hello,
I would like to request an enhancement to Zoho Cliq, specifically related to subscribing users to bots.
Current Issue:
- When using the Zoho Desk integration with Cliq, notifications such as Mentions, Happiness Ratings, and Pending Blueprint Transitions are sent as Direct Messages through a bot named Deskbot.
- Currently, each agent must manually subscribe to the Deskbot to receive these notifications, which can be time-consuming and difficult to manage.
Suggested Solution:
- We request that admins have the ability to automatically subscribe or unsubscribe users to/from bots, similar to how they can manage channel registrations in Cliq.
- This functionality would allow admins to add or remove agents from bots directly and could even be extended to Zoho Flow automations, just like with Cliq channels.
This improvement would streamline the process and make it easier to ensure all agents are properly subscribed to relevant bots without the need for manual action by each individual user.
