Advanced Field Search access to modify via Deluge?

Advanced Field Search access to modify via Deluge?

Is there a way to access/modify the Advance Field Search pop-up and functionality? Specifically, I want the default criteria to be "Contains" instead of "is". And it would be useful to have multiple sort options for the user, and would also be great to be able to have a field that displays all the selections made for multi-select Look-Ups. This feature could have been so much better!
