As part of my process for architecting a multi-agent system, I put connections in place via Settings | Connections.

When I created my first agent, I enabled tools well within the scope of the connections that I created.

From the agent UI, I went to Connectors | Manage Connections. There, the "Associate a Connection" dropdown is totally grayed-out, with the only option to create a new connection.

Is this expected behavior?

I would appreciate any troubleshooting help.
