Hello zoho, please insert an add option (ie +)sign) to pick and multiselect fields so we can add new options while entering or editing records. For example. in my lead module, while adding a new record, I realized I had a new lead source. I went to my lead source field to add the new source, but I realized I would have to go to the edit layout page, then save, the lead, then refresh the lead for the new option to show up. An option to add will reduce this bc as you know picklists are ideal for standardizing entries and therefore are vry common. 

Also if we have triggers based on the field value, and the field is a required field (as in lead source; I hope everyone has lead source mandatory), then I would have to first enter the wrong field value to move ahead, then trigger the wrong workflow, then correct the field value, but not able to trigger the right one.
