Altering a face file that's been extended through template inheritance fails to trigger a rebuild of the other dependencies

I think.

In other words, if I make changes to _theme.face, it appears that the changes won't propagate throughout the template until each of the dependent template files are "touched" by opening each one up, adding a space somewhere to get the system to resave the file.

I'm pretty sure i've run into similar issues as well with includes, and possibly macros.

What would really be stellar would be a "clean and rebuild" tool for FACE that would just rebuild the entire template, as I think this would provide a solution for end users that would solve a *lot* of the weirder issues. Otherwise you have to go hunting around trying to see if you can find some random file that's stuck in a goofy state between the system saying it was saved, but the code cot changing after rebuilding.

And while I'm at it, (and I know this one might be a stretch) some sort of meaningful error messaging for FACE would be grand - even if it just indicates a line number where the problem exists.

I should also point out (if it makes any difference) that I am writing this in the context of Zoho Commerce, rather than Sites, but I hope that I'm correct in directing this here.
