"An error occurred while attaching the file to CRM." - Error syncing a PDF to Zoho CRM.
So we have a Zoho form that syncs into Zoho CRM to create a record.
For compliance purposes, we also need to sync the whole form (as a PDF). For the most part, this works fine.
However, recently, we discovered that one of our forms occasionally runs into the below error:
1. Is there a way to debug this? It works fine for 90% of forms. This is majorly critical to us because this is necessary for compliance requirements.
2. Is there a retry mechanism? We weren't able to find it because the record itself was successfully synced.
