Android 13 has Notes constantly making new lines

Every second there's either a new line, or the note is immediately scrolled to the bottom of the note. This occurs when I place my Samsung cursor next to a space character, or if I have just typed a comma, a space, or a period.

It even does the same bug here, I apologize for the large amount of lines here.
