Android CRM Application - a few questions

Hi,
I haven't been able to do the following within the Android CRM APP.
Could you please confirm if i am right or wrong.

I have not been able to:
- Access our email templates from within the app, meaning i can not send a contact one of our standard emails.
- Access our "products" from within the app.
- Call a contact from the app using Skype or another client.
- Sort tasks in account>tasks> - by default all tasks are shown, also closed tasks... Just viewing open tasks will be quite useful.
- Download all data from server to the app.
