Annoying Social Messaging Auto-Prompts
Hello!
I love the idea of integrating SalesIQ with messaging channels like Facebook Messenger and Instagram. However, the way the SIQ throws the initial prompts feels annoying and too robotic. I'm attaching a few screenshot samples, just the resent ones. I had instances when the same questions were asked repeatedly, days apart after the initial human conversation.
I see the need of capturing name, email, and phone but wish there were a more elegant way, not as dumb-looking. I really hope the leads realize it's not a person asking them out of place...
Isn't there a way for us to customize or turn off those prompts? I had to disable the connections to avoid this experience. Will also give it a try to Zoho Desk's multi-channel chatting. If it works better, it will be a relief, but I'll end up using two tools instead of one, Zoho SalesIQ and Desk, to catch social messaging.
