I have been shown this message when trying to store the second password in Vault. There is only one other password stored and it's not for this second site.

When I try to log into this second site, the Zoho "Z" icons appear in the username and password boxes - suggesting Vault has details to supply - but then it says "No matching passwords found".

Does anyone have any ideas?
