Any documentation on the bot in salesiq located in settings ?

So i see the option for bots. I also see that it uses deluge as the scripting language. I would also like to know more about the zia coming that shows at the bottom of the page. Will you need to know deluge in order to implement zia or will that be prebuilt and easy to configure?

Reason I ask is because i never heard of deluge scripting language till i started playing with the bot. I also see that there are templates you can use. I have been playing with them, but i don't know much about deluge making it hard to use in my case.

Can you provide any additional details?
