Any way to automatically add answers or faqs?

Hi,

I'm new to Zoho overall and looking to implement SalesIQ on my site. I really like the idea of a knowledge base, etc but it seems like the only way to add new stuff is manually. Even in Zoho Flow there's no automation to add a new document. Like, it would be great if I could have it automatically import new documents from Google drive. Otherwise, I may look into doing something more manual and build an integration with dialog flow.
