Anyone Using Zoho Desk for Repair Staff?

We are considering moving to Zoho One, and I'm wondering if anyone is using Zoho Desk for repair staff.  We have a staff of service techs that repair tools, either for free or for a charge.  Zoho Desk seems more designed for online support.

Is anyone using Zoho Desk that way, and if so, what is your experience?
