Aplicación de Avances y Ruta crítica con zoho project
It's been some years that I've kept this application, and zoho has improved many things but this seems like it can not be done yet.
It is about the sub tasks and the application of the advances, that I mean: when the execution of a sub task that goes beyond a level 2 (can be 3, 4, 5, 6, etc, subtasks.) NO progress is being accumulated for your task dad is to say for higher levels, this causes, that you can not see a real progress of the project.
Critical Path.- You can not see it in the Gantt, as easy as that, this tool is essential for management as such and within it: the risk management of a project.
