App install error message "You do not have a Zoho account" when I know I do

App install error message "You do not have a Zoho account" when I know I do

I created an account years ago and I'm logged into it on my pc.  But when I downloaded the app onto my Andoid phone (Samsung Galaxy Note 8) and try to login to my account after it installs, it gives me error message: "You do not have a Zoho account".  

What am I doing wrong?
