Application is Not Showing Data Properly

Hi everyone,

I will be grateful for any help I can get on this issue I have been unable to resolve. Context - This application I'm working on was built years ago by someone who has left our organisation. I do not have any coding background and experience.

In this application, we have the form "Add Client Profile" under the "Client Profile" tab.

In the "Add Client Profile" form, there are three subforms:

- Individual Counselling Attendance

- Family Counselling Attendance

- Family Counselling Attendance - OLD [before 1 June 2024]

These subforms all pull from different forms in the application:

- The "Individual Counselling Attendance" subform pulls from the form "Add Individual Counselling Session" (termed Subform and Form [A] for ease of reference).

- The "Family Counselling Attendance" subform pulls from the form "Add Family Counselling Session" (termed Subform and Form [B] for ease of reference).

- "Family Counselling Attendance - OLD [before 1 June 2024]" subform originally also pulled from "Add Family Counselling Session" form (termed Subform and Form [C] for ease of reference).

Data filled from [A] is populated in the reports found under "Individual Counselling Sessions > Individual Counselling Report Full", and "Indiv Counselling - [USER]" reports. Data filled from [C] is also populated in "Family Counselling Sessions > Family Counselling Report Full" and "Fam Counselling - [USER]" reports:

To better help with our work, I created [B] which was meant to replace [C]. When I did that, however, the data "Family Counselling Report" (which originally fetched data from [C] stopped showing our data properly.

I have these two questions:

1) How do I have the reports under the "Family Counselling Sessions" tab show all the fields correctly (see screenshot above for problem)? How do I have [C] and the reports in the "Family Counselling Sessions" tab to "talk to each other"?

2) Form [A] has a field "Name of Client" that don't show up in Subform [A] under the "Add Client Profile" form. I assume subform [A] pulls that data from the "Add Client Profile" form and auto-populates it in the subform (see below). I would like subform [B] to do the same. Would be super grateful if someone can tell me how to do this.

I have checked the workflows in the application, and do not find anything that seems like it would be of any relevance to these issues I raised. I have been trying to work this out to no success, and would be very, very grateful for any help anyone can render.
