We have a lead generation team that enters between 50-100 leads and an associated sales appointment for that lead per day. Each lead has customer details and an event with time and date of the appointment. We then assign the leads and appointments to between 10-20 sales reps. This is a very manual process as we have to plan out the location of the leads, who we're going to give them to, assign the lead and event owner to the sales rep so they can see the appointments in their Zoho mobile app. This is all done in the Zoho Calendar and gets quite messy. We are looking for a solution where we can drag and drop the appointments to different sales reps and then automatically assign that lead and event to the new owner(sale rep). Option to break the calendar up into territories is a must. The key to the success of this app is the visual simplicity of the appointments and the ability to quickly drag and swap appointments with ease. Does anyone have a solution to this time consuming process?
