Arial 10 Point Font: Different Appearance in Email Compose and Templates?

Hi everyone,

I’ve noticed a frustrating inconsistency in Zoho CRM regarding the Arial 10 point font. When composing new emails or replying, the font looks completely different compared to what I see in (some, not all) templates. This discrepancy is baffling, and it’s impacting the professionalism of my communications.

Is there a specific reason for this difference? Additionally, is there any way to default to the template version of the Arial font for all email communications?

Example: (Also attached in case this changes after it's sent.)

1. The lazy dog jumped over the quick brown fox. Arial 10 in compose new or reply to email in CRM.

2. The lazy dog jumped over the quick brown fox. Arial 10 in some (not all) Templates in CRM. (Pasted from template)

I much prefer version #2.

I'd appreciate any insights and solutions!
