Ask the Experts : An exclusive Q&A session with our team on the World Password Day
Hello folks!
As some of you may know, World Password Day is observed on the first Thursday of May. As the amount of critical data that we store online continues to grow, this day marks the importance of online security and the need for strong, unique passwords across online accounts. This World Password day, we’re back with our Ask the Experts community series to focus on all your issues and questions related to password management. Feel free to join us anytime on May 2, 2019 to learn more and ask us your questions.
Our team of experts will be available throughout the day to answer them. Meanwhile, we’ve listed out a few action points for all Zoho Vault admins to help improve password security practices within their organization. If you haven’t tried these already, you can do so today:
- Require users to run their password assessment reports to validate how secure their passwords are
- Set up strong password policies to ensure users set secure passwords
- Enable two factor authentication across your organization
- Set up emergency contacts to access all enterprise passwords during crises
- Disable access and acquire passwords from employees who are leaving the organization
If you're already an expert, please share your views with us as well. Let's make password management better, together.
Note : This is a live Q&A session with the experts and not a webinar. All questions will be answered on this thread. You can post your questions to this thread below.
