Assist hangs without connecting on Apple M1 chip even with reduced disk security
I've hit a problem where Assist won't connect on a MacBook Air M1. User downloads and double-clicks and then nothing. Both options under reduced disk security have been selected and the MB has been restarted. Nothing appears in Security & Privacy waiting to be allowed.
