Attaching files to workspace from zCRM Email - not working with multiple files
I am having a problem attaching multiple files to our workspace. I am using the "attach to zoho docs" option from our CRM's Email tab.
My example: 3 separate files with names that are similar but not the same are showing in my personal folder correctly but in the workspace only one file is showing and the name is changed.
Why is this happening
