Zoho TeamInbox lets you automate certain important and repetitive processes so you can save time and labor.

You can choose from a variety of triggers and conditions that are available.

Some of the processes that you can automate upon meeting certain conditions are

Assign threads to your teammates upon meeting a certain condition
Notify your teammates
Archive/ unarchive a thread
Delete a thread
Apply/ remove the tags on a thread
Add new members to a specific inbox automatically
Add followers to a thread
Set the inbox source address as CC in outgoing emails while using other sender addresses
Create a response template in such a way that a reply is automatically made when certain conditions are met
