Automate Zoho CRM Export to pdf

Is there any way to automate through Deluge or another language the 'Export to PDF' or the 'Send Email' task? When the individual in charge of invoices marks the invoice as 'Finished', there would be a process enabled to download the PDF or email the PDF to someone and then upload that PDF to a server.
