Automated email customization with buyer's first name

Automated email customization with buyer's first name

Is there a way to customize automated backstage event emails with the ticket buyer's first name?

I can see that there are placeholders in the templates for the event date and name, but can't find how to customize further and wasn't able to find help related to that. Anyone?
