automatic reply mail is not sent all time (is not sent twice a month)

automatic reply mail is not sent all time (is not sent twice a month)

automatic reply mail is not sent all time.
(It is not sent about twice a month)

But the answer is 「completed 」 on the zoho administrater page.
I don`t know the reason, answers which email was not sent have not common point.
